Rodent Control

Risks

Rats and mice pose health and safety risks, as well as cause unwanted damage to you and your belongings.

They can contaminate food and spread diseases, or gnaw through walls and electrical wiring, making them among the most destructive of all pests that invade your home or business.

Our Process

As a Keller customer, you'll benefit from a thoughtful rodent management program tailored to your needs. Your technician will customize a rodent program to fit your home or business and address the problem at every level, from perimeter areas and entry points to nesting sites and beyond.

Your property is thoroughly inspected for any signs of rodent activity, potential points of entry, and conditions conducive to infestations. Rats only need a quarter-sized opening to get inside your home or business – your technician will work with you to identify and seal any possible entry points or sources of food and water.

Treatment

Treatment involves a variety of methods depending on the nature and severity of your rodent problems. Your treatment program may include a combination of traps, glue boards and select rodenticide baits to monitor and control rodent populations. Ongoing monitoring and maintenance is provided, as well: regular inspections of your property, routine replacement or adjustment of traps and baits as needed, and ensuring proper sanitation to prevent any further infestations.

The glue boards we use can be folded up into a box shape, which is invaluable in a house with children or pets. They are also scent-free, making them hypoallergenic. Our rodent bait stations are secure and safe for your family. These stations are installed outside your home and remained locked when not being inspected by a technician. Our stations can also come in the shape and appearance of a small landscaping rock to better disguise them outside your home.
